In 2010 one of the founders of Globe Green Energy began the first experiments with biomass for his own use to heat a summer house located in difficult terrain. His passion and commitment over the years resulted in a thermal installation powered by low-processed biomass, which used the process of direct combustion. In 2020 Globe Green Energy was established, which launched the full-scale Thermal System for Biomass 3000 project.
In 2017, we discovered and purchased the first commercial Stirling FPSE engine from the Microgen Engine Corporation Group. Immediately after this we noticed the synergy between Stirling engine and the previously created biomass heating system. Over the next three years we got to know the Stirling engine and its possibilities in coworking with the biomass combustion system, we made a market survey (during which there was a delegation to India, where we had the opportunity to present the solution, among others, to the Bharat Chamber of Commerce), tested new biomass fuels (cow dung, peat, needles, oat husks etc.) and were looking for industry partners and investors. Thanks to the above activities, in 2020 Globe Green Energy was established, which launched the full-scale Thermal System for Biomass 3000 project.
